Samak rice burfi

This Samak rice burfi is unique and new sweet recipe, you may have never eat before. It’s neither coconut burfi nor condensed milk/khoya burfi. Samak rice burfi is very tasty and you can eat it in any fast like navratri, shivratri, janmashtami, thursday etc. It’s very quick and easy to make.   1. Samak rice- 5 tbsp
  2. Sugar- 5 tbsp
  3. Desiccated coconut- 2 tbsp
  4. Milk- 2 liter
  5. Cardamom powder- 1 pinch
  6. Almond- 5
  7. Cashew- 5
  8. Pistachio- 5


  1. Boil the milk.
  2. After a boil add washed samak rice and boil till it thick paste.
  3. Now add sugar and desiccated coconut, mix it well.
  4. Boil again till sugar melted.
  5. It will take 4-5 minutes.
  6. After that add chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  7. Mix it well and cook till thick.
  8. Take a plate and grease it with clarified butter.
  9. Pour samak rice mixture in it and set properly.
  10. Add some chopped dry fruits for decorate the burfi.
  11. Let it cool completely.
  12. After that take a knife and piece the burfi in desire shape
  13. Samak rice burfi is ready enjoy its taste.
