Rice Kheer Recipe | How to make Kheer

Rice Kheer Recipe is one of the traditional Indian dessert. Today, I tell you how to make delectable and mouth watering Rice Kheer in quick and easy way.

Rice Kheer Ingredients –

  1. Rice- 1 bowl
  2. Milk- 2 liter
  3. Sugar- 1 bowl
  4. Charoli/Cuddapah almond/chironji – 1 tbsp
  5. Almonds- 6
  6. Cashew- 6
  7. Raisins- 20
  8. Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

Rice Kheer Recipe Step by Step –

  1. In a pan add half glass of water and then add milk, so milk will not get burn and stick to pan.
  2. Boil milk and after one boil add soaked rice.
  3. Mix it well and keep stirring at regular interval.
  4. After rice cooked well and When it becomes thick add sugar and mix it well.
  5. Keep stirring continuously till sugar melted.
  6. Keep stirring the kheer. Add raisins, chopped almonds, charoli and chopped cashew.
  7. Mix it and cook for one minute.
  8. Now add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  9. Switch off the flame Rice Kheer is ready to serve.
  10. For serving, pour Kheer in bowl and decorate it with chopped Dry-fruits.
