Mooli Pancake Recipe Ingredients-

  1. Radish- 1
  2. Potato- 2
  3. Gram flour- 5 tbsp
  4. Peanut powder- 3 tbsp
  5. Green chili- 3
  6. Salt- 1 tsp or according to taste
  7. Chat masala- 1 tsp
  8. Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves- 1/2 bowl (finely chopped)
  11. Oil- 2 tbsp

Mooli Pancake Recipe-

  1. Grate radish and potato.
  2. Take a big bowl and add grated radish and potato, quantity is equal.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves, salt, fennel seeds, turmeric power, chat masala, chopped green chili, peanut powder and gram flour.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add some water and adjust its consistency.
  6. Consistency should be medium.
  7. Leaves some chopped coriander leaves and grated radish for filling.
  8. Now heat a pan and grease it with oil.
  9. Add paste and make a round shaped chilla.
  10. It should be thin so we can make its roll.
  11. Cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  12. After 4 minutes flip it and add grated radish and chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Again cover it and cook for 4 minutes.
  14. Now it’s ready roll it.
  15. Cut the radish roll into pieces and serve with your favorite chutney.
  16. If you don’t want to make roll then make its pancake and enjoy it in winter season.
