Mooli Pancake Recipe Ingredients-
- Radish- 1
- Potato- 2
- Gram flour- 5 tbsp
- Peanut powder- 3 tbsp
- Green chili- 3
- Salt- 1 tsp or according to taste
- Chat masala- 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves- 1/2 bowl (finely chopped)
- Oil- 2 tbsp
Mooli Pancake Recipe-
- Grate radish and potato.
- Take a big bowl and add grated radish and potato, quantity is equal.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, salt, fennel seeds, turmeric power, chat masala, chopped green chili, peanut powder and gram flour.
- Mix well.
- Add some water and adjust its consistency.
- Consistency should be medium.
- Leaves some chopped coriander leaves and grated radish for filling.
- Now heat a pan and grease it with oil.
- Add paste and make a round shaped chilla.
- It should be thin so we can make its roll.
- Cover it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- After 4 minutes flip it and add grated radish and chopped coriander leaves.
- Again cover it and cook for 4 minutes.
- Now it’s ready roll it.
- Cut the radish roll into pieces and serve with your favorite chutney.
- If you don’t want to make roll then make its pancake and enjoy it in winter season.
