खसखस दूध

सामग्री –

  1. दूध – 1  लीटर
  2. खस खस – 50  ग्राम
  3. शक्कर – 100  ग्राम (स्वादानुसार
  4. काजू, द्राक्ष, बादाम

विधि –

  1. खस खस को 7 -8  घंटे (पूरी रात ) पानी में  भीगा कर रखे, फिर इसको पीस ले |
  2. दूध को 5 मिनट तक धीमी आंच पर उबाले |
  3. अब दूध में पीसी हुई खस खस डाल ले और अच्छी तरह मिला ले |
  4. इसे 15  मिनट तक धीमी आंच पर उबाले  |
  5. अब इसमें शक्कर डाले और 5 मिनट तक और उबाले |
  6. अब इसमें बादाम , काजू  और द्राक्ष डाले और 5  मिनट उबाले |
  7. अब गैस को बंद कर दे और गरमा गर्म पिए |

Khas-khas milk recipe is very easy to prepare, its a healthy recipe for winter.

Ingredients-

  1. Milk- 1 liter
  2. Soaked Poppy seeds (Khas Khas)-50 grm (soaked overnight or 6-7 hours)
  3. Sugar-100gm or 10tbsp or according to taste
  4. Cashew, Almond, Kishmish(draksh)

How to make khas khas doodh –

  1. Soak khas-khas(Poppy seeds) overnight or 7-8 hours.
  2. Grind soaked khas-khas (add 3-4 tbsp water if needed).
  3. Start boiling milk for 5 minutes on low flame.
  4. Add khas-khas paste in milk, mix it well and keep stirring on low flame for 15 minutes.
  5. Add sugar and boil another 5 minutes.
  6. Add almonds, cashew and kishmish and boil for 5 minute.
  7. Delicious and healthy khas-khas milk is ready to serve.
