Homemade Flavored Extracts – Tomato, Onion, Garlic

Here is the Homemade Flavored Extracts – Tomato, Onion, Garlic in very easy way. This flavors can be used up-to an year, if packed in air tight container. This flavors can be sprinkled on top of salads, popcorn, fresh soup. Adding these flavors in curry or veggie increase its taste.

Homemade Flavored Extracts Recipe Video –

Tomato Powder-

  1. Wash the tomatoes and thinly slice the tomatoes.
  2. Spread the Tomatoes on tray and place them in an area which receives plenty of sunshine.
  3. Let them sundry completely.
  4. Turn it other side after few hours to dry them quickly and completely.
  5. After they dried completely grind them and store it in an air tight container.

Onion Powder-

  1. Peel the onions and thinly slice them.
  2. Spread the onions on tray and place them in an area which receives plenty of sunshine.

Garlic Powder-

  1. Peel garlic and thinly cut them.

How to use Homemade Flavored Extracts –

  1. Sprinkle on top of salads, popcorn, fresh soup.
  2. Use in Curry or veggie for flavor / taste.

Tips-

Cover tray with thin cotton cloth to avoid dust and for safety from birds.
