- Bread- 1 big packet
- Tomato- 1
- Onion- 1
- Green chili- 2
- Oil- 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander leaves
- Cut bread into square shaped piece.
- Take a pan and add oil.
- Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds and fry in oil.
- Now add chopped green chili and fry it also.
- Now add chopped onion and cook till golden brown.
- After that add chopped tomato, salt, red chili powder,turmeric powder and dry mango powder.
- You can add tomato ketchup if you like its taste.
- Mix well and cook it.
