As the name suggest, Tawa Besan is cooked on Tawa (i.e. Pan) on which Chapati is cooked. Besan Recipe for Dinner [Video] –

Ingredients-

  1. Green chilies
  2. Garlic
  3. Cumin seeds
  4. Lemon
  5. Salt
  6. Onion
  7. Gram flour
  8. Oil
  9. Turmeric powder

How to Make Tawa Besan Recipe –

  1. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, half glass water and mix it well.
  2. Heat iron pan and add oil.
  3. Now add cumin seeds and chopped garlic and fry till golden brown.
  4. Add chopped green chili and onion and again fry till golden brown.
  5. After that add gram flour paste (prepared in step 1) and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add lemon juice, mix it well and switch off the flame.
  7. Delicious and healthy tawa besan is ready to serve.
